Course Goal: Threat Assessment and Associated Defensive Responses for Women
To educate Christian women about the real risks of being a woman in a secular world that treats women as objects and to prepare them to prevent and physically confront these risks using the natural gifts and advantages that God provided them to protect themselves and others. This course will teach a woman how to think through her advantages and options in various threat scenarios.

Who should attend this course?
Christian women. All women need this skill.
Women who are not Christian but understand the moral obligation to protect themselves and others when the time comes to put up a fight.
Objectives
- By the end of this course, attendees should be able to;
- Recognize the signs of a personal security threat and to prevent them from advancing (Prevent an attack from a known or unknown attacker)
- Learn to trust your instinct regarding a threatening situation
- Know when to take a physically defensive action
- Understand the real risks of mental or physical assault by a known or unknown attacker.
- Correct myths you have inadvertently learned regarding your rights and responsibilities as a woman.
- Understand from a theological perspective, what the Church expects of you in the application of any of these personal security scenarios.
- Understand your “advantages” over your attacker in an attack scenario and
- Know what God-Given weapons you have in order to create and leverage your advantages.
- Know what your goal is in the event of a personal security situation.
- Apply a process for thinking through a response to an attack scenario that does not involve planning for that specific scenario in advance.
- Understand “Projection of force” and how that applies to you as a woman.
- Understand the difference between “Strength” and “Force”.
- Understand the difference between (and reasons for) “Causing pain” and “Causing injury”.
- Know escape techniques for the most common restraint scenarios.
- Practice, practice, practice.
Class Logistics
Duration:
- 6 hrs. Two 3 hour classes or one full day course, usually offered on a Friday.
Cost:
- $199 ($33/Hr.) Per person. Bring payment to class or pay online during registration. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.

- Girls approaching the age of independence and women of any age willing to learn to put up a fight.
Course Requirements
- Attendees should be physically able to participate in activities that require some sudden movement, some jarring contact and aggressive behavior.
- No “Skills” required.
- Willingness to explore your aggressive nature.
- Willingness to accept that God built you to defend yourself and your family just as a male does.
- Willingness to apply what you learn here for your benefit and the benefit of others.
